Haskap Sauce

With it's rich colour and tangy flavour this Haskap Sauce will become a new favourite at your holiday table!
Ingredients
- (1 cup) Haskaps - Frozen
- (1 cup) Bone Broth
- (2 tsp) Fresh Thyme
- (1 Tbsp) Apple Cider Vinegar
- (1 Tbsp) Liquid Honey 500g
- (1 tsp) Cinnamon
- (1 Tbsp) *Optional - Orange Zest
- (2 Tbsp) Butter
Directions
- In a medium saucepan bring bone broth to a boil, reduce by about half
- Add haskap berries, thyme, apple cider vinegar, honey, cinnamon, and orange zest and simmer for about 10 minutes until thickened and berries are partially broken down.
- Right before ready to serve, stir in the butter until melted and sauce is smooth and silky
