Description:

The 1/2 Pork includes an average of 85-115lbs of pork cut to our Standard Cut List of customer favourite cuts as shown below:

Ground Pork comes in 1lb packages.  Roasts are 4-5 lbs each.  Chops are thick cut to 1" - 25".   2 Chops per package.  Breakfast Sausage comes 12/pkg.  Bacon comes in 1lb pkgs.
