So - on to the details! Here we go:

A finished hog will weigh approximately 100lbs/side hanging weight (this is variable as no two animals are alike).

The pork is $5.00/lb plus the cutting and wrapping cost. Curing charges also apply and are based on your cutting choices.

That puts a whole pork in the ballpark of $1260 and a 1/2 pork around $630 (again this is variable due to size of animal and your cutting/curing choices).
